Fee structure for managing community mediations:
BHA Mediation enables you to manage local (and wider) community issues quickly and efficiently.
A one hour consultation/initial meeting is conducted with each party prior to the mediation itself, saving each party further time and money.

Prices include VAT. | Further charges (if applicable) will be invoiced following the mediation, with payments due within 48 hours.
A non-refundable deposit payment toward the mediator’s fees and expenses shall be paid to the mediator at least 7 days prior to the meeting/consultation, unless mediation to take place within the next 7 days, in which case it is payable on receipt of invoice. The deposit is determined to be the equivalent of a one hour meeting. | Cancellation less than or equal to 7 calendar days prior to the meeting/consultation will result in 50% of the fees being chargeable. Where cancellation is less than 4 days, then 75%, and where cancellation is less than 2 days, then 100%
A deposit equivalent of to 2 hours per party is required 14 days prior to the mediation. Payment is required 14 days prior to the mediation, unless they are to take place within the next 14 days, in which case it is payable on receipt of invoice. | Cancellation, less than or equal to 14 calendar days prior to the mediation will result in 50% of the fees being chargeable. Where cancellation is less than 10 days, then 75%, and where cancellation is less than 7 days, then 100%.
