“Bill was able to help us find a very positive solution to a series of contract issues where I assumed the only options available were to go to court or take it on the chin. He proved to be very patient and understanding of both sides and helped us reach not only a positive outcome, but also enabled us to continue to do business in the future. Cannot thank him enough for his efforts and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.”
“Thoroughly recommend Bill as a highly competent mediator. He was able to relate to the problem at hand from his own commercial experience, helped us focus on the key issues and come to an amicable conclusion. Will certainly be using his services again in the future if another similar situation arises.”
“Excellent service all round. Quick to gauge a complete understating of the issues at hand, and helped us reach an agreement. I can highly recommend Bill as a mediator.”
“Quick to build a rapport and keep focus on finding a resolution, Bill took what seemed to be an impossible task and helped us reach a settlement. Patient, personable and professional.”
“At BHA the mediator was professional and helpful throughout the process. Bill was clear about next steps and scrupulously fair in calmly assisting with our discussions.
Excellent advice was given in a non-judgemental and impartial way, I thoroughly recommend BHA to any prospective clients.”
“Highly recommended! Proactive, diligent and thoroughly professional. Thanks for your time, understanding and patience. Cannot tell you how much i appreciated reaching the settlement we eventually reached. 5* service!”
“I approached Bill after I was advised about how much it cost taking the legal route and going to court. I was sceptical about how effective mediation would actually be, but definitely proved to be the right way to go! Thanks for all your help!”
“Mr Andrews has mediated for two of our clients, both of which have reached settlements. Albeit not from a legal background, his level of understanding and ability to cut to the heart of the issues was excellent.”
