BHA Mediation Certifications
BHA Mediators are certified members of the Civil Mediation Council (CMC) and have completed the relevant training required to be considered a CMC recognised Civil and Commercial Mediator.
CMC Accredited Training
Mediators at BHA Mediation have completed the necessary courses as required by the Civil Mediation Council, and are licensed to mediate in a variety of Civil and Commercial disputes.
CMC Membership
In addition to having completed a recognised CMC Training Course, all BHA Mediators have also met the membership requirements for the Civil Mediation Council, including ongoing CPD, Observations of other mediators, ICO Data Protection accreditation and a minimum of £2 million Professional Indemnity Insurance
Oxygen Insurance Policy
BHA Mediation are covered by an Oxygen Insurance Mediation Policy, which includes £2 million Professional Indemnity and Negligence cover, £10 million Public & Products Liability and £10 million Employers’ Liability Insurance.
